2012 will be coaches 25th year as head coach at Stepinac HS & his  32 th at Stepinac. Coach has been married for 24 years to his wife Carla. Carla is a teacher in NYC school system.  They are very proud of their children Margaret 22 [Fairfield Univ ], Conor 20 [Stepinac 2009 Catholic University  & Liam 16 [Stepinac 2014]. The O'Donnell family resides in White Plains NY. 
Coach has coached many great players over the years. A couple have been lucky enough to make in the professional ranks Eric Ogbogu FB, DE [93][NFL Jets / Cowboys], Brian Sweeney S,SE 91 [MLB Seatle Mariners, Padres & Devil Rays],
Marty Conlon  83[NBA Boston, Miami, & many more]. Mike also coached Basketball at Stepinac for 10 years. The Stepinac Football program has sent 4 players to Div 1 schools in past two years { Syracuse, Akron, Yale & William & Mary].
